Every transaction is different.  The fee will depend on the time spent on your transaction.  During the initial conversation an estimate can be given once you have explained what you want to do.  VAT is not payable.

If you ask Rowena to come to you, then the fee will need to reflect any time spent travelling and waiting to attend you.

If you instruct Rowena to deal with legalisation or translation on your behalf, then an additional fee based on time spent will be chargeable as well as the fees of the agents or translators appointed.

Fees are payable in cash or by cheque at the end of the appointment.
