At the appointment you will need to provide evidence of identity:

• A current passport or photographic driving licence
• Evidence of your address eg a recent Council Tax bill, bank statement, utility bill

Copies of these documents will be retained in Rowena's Notarial Register for record purposes.  For this purpose she is registered under the Data Protection Act.
